For these recent few weeks and onwards, i'm going to get busy on preparing to move to my new house.. Hoooyeeee.. Alhamdulillah, rumah baru kami, semi-D kat Taman Satelit Damai, Beserah dah lama siap pun, tengah bulan lepas dah dapat kunci. So, sekarang ni tgh prepare nak masuk plak.

Here a list of how much we already spend and going to spend for our new house...

Grill - RM5k (already paid)
Curtain - almost RM2k (beli kain dah RM800 for about 90metre, upah dah RM700, railing RM600)
Kithen Cabinet - RM6k
Cornices - more than RM2k
Wiring, fitting, lamp,fan - RM2.5k
Perabot lain- tengok kalau ada budget lebih.

Almost RM25k guna untuk masuk rumah baru je. RM10k dapat dari markup loan rumah, another RM15k dapat dari simpanan+KWSP.

Alhamdulillah, kitorang ada masuk perunding kewangan en aziz, ada simpanan sikit. masuk dalam bulan 3, simpanan dah ada more than 10k, on the same time, tak guna card credit pun. tak payah masuk MLM dan berniaga.. bukannya ada masa pun. berminat? go to http://www.%20azizcfpx.com/
